Love this hotel. Conveniently located next to KL Sentral. Room is clean. Staff are great. Rooftop swimming pool is beautiful except that people are allowed to smoke by the pool which is also next to a bar. That's the only negative experience I had staying at this hotel.

Family stopover, problems with checkin!
We arrived very late at night and their computer system was down so we waited for ages, eventually they found us three rooms, just any rooms, not the ones we booked, because they couldn’t see where we were assigned. We chose to stay on in these rooms although they offered to move us the next day. The rest of the stay was fine, a nice rooftop pool, very convenient location for taking trains and a good mall Nu Sentral adjacent. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and not too expensive for a three day stopover.

Second time staying in the hotel. Two years ago booked this hotel for its close proximity to the train station. Really convenient to travel around plus there is a Nu Sentral shopping mall next to it.
