The Yen hotel was fantastic as was the staff who could not do enough for you ….. the infinity pool was a lovely way of spending the late afternoon or early evening. Would definately stay again next time in HCM

We were welcomed warmly by the attentive staff. Room was very nice and comfortable. The hotel served a complimentary tea that was a nice treat after being out in the city. Easily walkable to restaurants and points of interest.

The staff and location of this hotel made my experience in Ho Chi Minh very fun. I would not hesitate to book here again or to recommend this hotel to my friends and family. This hotel has a few nuances that I appreciated, and above all else the premises were clean and kept throughout day.

Overall, worth a stay
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Polite and respectful. Room and bathroom were very clean. Same day laundry. Breakfast was good. Some great restaurants near by. Pool area was a disappointment. The picture did not match reality. There were 2 tables and 4 chairs lined next to pool. At the end 2 lounge chairs at each end. So crunched together, was difficult to access pool. Created lack of distancing / privacy with those having a drink in bar area.
