"Very nice hotel with great views and huge rooms!"
Well maintained and presented hotel with a huge room and big balcony. Staff were excellent and spoke much better English than most Thai hotels. Strongest advice is not to take a taxi to the hotel as they tend to get a bit lost out there, best way to get to the hotel is BTS to Saphan Taksin, walk down to the pier and catch the hotel's free shuttle boat that drops you on the door step (and runs about 18 hours a day up until just before midnight).
Would definitely stay again.

No complaints, very pleasant (great pool bar staff). We had pool access room near the pool bar it was clean, modern, comfortable and quiet with great air conditioning. We didn't eat at the hotel so I have no opinion about that. The cocktails at the pool bar are around $10 Aus and a little cheaper during happy hour (2-4pm). I didn't think much of the drinks in the sky bar but I only tried a couple. The laundry service was very expensive compared to what I would have expected (about $40 Aus for half a shopping bag), we had most of the laundry done at a 50 baht laundry drop off at the end of the ally and that was really good. Location is the best thing about this hotel, great access to Bangla and to the beach road. I have no trouble recommending this hotel if you are looking for a home base with easy access to nightlife, restaurants and the beach. PS
