This was a great property to stay at. It was close to Disneyland and other shops. It was also a short drive away from the Orange Outlets. It had a laundromat on site and you could purchase food etc. The only negative thing was they sold microwaveable food but there was no cutlery to eat it with. The stay was fantastic and we will be back.

Never Again.
We should’ve stayed somewhere else. Had to pay for parking, which was not shown on their website beforehand, that was beyond ridiculous. Had no microwave in the room nor in the snack store the hotel provides. Heard some guy and his wife screaming in their room then couple hours later, we see an ambulance and a fire truck at their room. My boyfriend and I will never stay here again. A HUGE waste of money and HUGE waste of time at this hotel.

Quick Disneyland Getaway
My mom and I stayed at the Kings Inn for two nights this past January and it was literally perfect for our stay. We were lucky and had a room near the front, making it really easy to get up and go to the parks each day. All of the staff was really helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our time there! If you're looking for a place to sleep that's close to everything, you can't go wrong here.

Look elsewhere
First time staying here with my fam for a Disneyland trip and very unimpressed. Will not be staying here again. We arrived and the room was obviously not clean. A very disgusting bottle was on the floor right in the walk way to the bathroom. Hair in the bed. Fridge was not on. Beds are rock hard and since the floors are laminate, you can hear everything above you if you are downstairs.

Great Stay
This place has always been great to stay at! Very close to Disney and for the price who can complain! Rooms are fairly remodeled. Don't let the outside fool you, very clean and with a modern look in the rooms. I've stayed here 2 years in a row and don't plan on looking anywhere else when I go to Disney!

It's an easy walk to Disneyland or close to the Toy Story parking lot. The staff has been wonderful each time I've stayed. They are also close to several food options, a Walgreens and a CVS. There aren't an elevators so if you are on the 2nd floor it can be a little extra effort after a long day at Disneyland.
