"Meeting was being held in the same venue. "
A cosy and suitable venue for my stay and meeting attended. Staff were accommodating when more attendees turned up than registered and quickly got more chairs / water & glasses - all done with minimum of fuss - thank you.

"Perfect motel for a family on the move"
Pulling in at 8pm for a sleep before driving up the mountain to Falls Creek, we were recommended the perfect local pub (suitable for kids), we then slept soundly in a clean, warm, quiet room and set off the next morning, perfectly refreshed and managed to ski that afternoon!

Belvoir Village Motel & Apartments Wodonga - Wodonga Hotels

Belvoir Village Motel & Apartments Wodonga

"A Motel with a difference"
The Belvoir Village Motel's greatest asset is the layout, it formed like a little village with duplex units positioned around a central in ground swimming pool, each unit has its own courtyard with a gate that takes you out to the pool, we stayed there in winter, and it was freezing, but in summer it would be great to be able to walk out your back door and straight into the pool. I liked the grounds too. The motel is set on about 1 acre with a few trees and lots of lawns. Feels nice. The rooms are huge with soaring ceilings, it gives you an instant feeling of spaciousness. Each unit has its own kitchenette and includes a toaster so you can make your own breakfast but even if your order breakfast the prices are pretty good. I didn't like the bed I had, and that's pretty fundamental, it was as hard as, but I suppose some people like a hard bed, well they'd love the one I had. It was pretty expensive, about the most expensive in Wodonga and more expensive than most in Albury where more competition seems to keep the prices at a reasonable level. The challenge is to find a nice place like the Belvoir. All in all a pretty "pleasing" stay where you have room to move around, a comfortable couch to sit on and watch a flat screen television.

Motel Wellington - Wodonga Hotels

Motel Wellington

46 High Road, Wodonga - Map
"It's all good"
We found the motel easy to find and the reception staff most helpful and friendly. There is ample room for parking and the surrounds are pleasant with a rotunda area good for relaxing if that is what you desire. It is back off the main road and therefore quiet which is also a positive aspect after a long day in the car.

    Pocket Guide: Wodonga

Stay in our Albury Wodonga accommodation and relax in these historic twin towns on the New South Wales and Victoria border.

The Murray River, which forms the state border, flows between the two cities and was once a busy trade route. Historic paddle steamers still operate on the Murray, but rather than being used for trade, now offer the opportunity for a relaxing river cruise.

Albury Wodonga is rich in heritage and history, which can be appreciated at a number of locations in the region: Learn of the local indigenous cultures at the Burraja Indigenous History Discovery Centre; discover the region's multicultural past at Bonegilla Migrant Experience Heritage Park; see one of Australia's most significant country stations, the Albury Railway Station, built in 1882; and view landscapes by one of Australia's most renowned painters, Sir Russell Drysdale, at the Albury Regional Art Gallery.

While staying in our Albury Wodonga accommodation there are many outdoor pursuits to be enjoyed. The Mitta Mitta and Kiewa rivers are popular fly-fishing spots, and Lake Hume is renowned for Murray cod, redfin and trout fishing. Lake Hume also offers numerous water sports and the region boasts great bushwalking, mountain biking, rock climbing and white water rafting locations.

Escape the hustle and bustle, stay in our Albury Wodonga hotels, and be charmed by the city's tree-lined streets and parks and enjoy gourmet food, fine wines and tasty local produce.
