I am not sure whether the fault lies with hotels.com or the property, but we booked our stay over a month in advance and upon our arrival, discovered the property is closed. The only reason I did not rate it 1 star for all services, is because there was a refund issued for our stay.
I do not know if the hotel is renovating and re-opening or what the situation is, but we certainly won't be attempting to stay at this location in the future. While we are thankful for the refund, having received no notification of the closing, and had to find another property after having driven to town.
