Our key card stopped working and we had to rely on maintenance to let us in our room. Which was irritating and the fact we couldn’t leave our room without getting someone to let us back in made it not worth the stay. On top of that, house keeping attempted to walk into our room at 8:23am!! If check out is at 11am .. stay out of the room! Don’t attempt to let yourself in. Luckily we had the latch across the door or I would have been seen half naked!! This is the second stay I have had there where housekeeping has attempted to let themselves into my room before 9am. Will not be staying here again .. ever!!
