It was the worst experience ever I called hotels.com told them my concerned about the hotel the representative I spoke too wanted to refund me back my payment I told him I can’t find a hotel at 12am midnight with 2 kids underage and my husband is due for a surgery in 9 hours all he wanted to do was give me $40 back like I told him the place was filthy it looked run down then over pricing you for a place that’s not worth the money because this hotel is basically a run down property where females are selling there bodies. People hiding guns and doing illegal stuff. Police is on every floor Friday night that we checked in. Police told us to get our refund and run this is not a place to be at all they been trying shut this hotel down for years I wished I had read the comment before I made a reservation. And then upon complaining to the hotel front desk they was unprofessional and rude to my husband he wanted to keep moving us to different rooms because they were unsanitary and disgusting. Then manager of the hotel promised me 37% off checkout then when I checkout the lady told me she only put 30% off. Never again in my life i would be going back worst experience ever I had to put up with for 2 nights because hotel.com representative didn’t want to do anything about it. So I’m very highly upset and disappointed.

The hotel room looked nothing like the photos. The elevators were missing buttons and some were even popping out. There were carvings on the hotel elevator like you would see in a run-down public restroom. The ceilings were missing tiles and the rooms were dirty. Overall I’m super dissatisfied with the stay because it made me feel like I was in the housing project with the condition of it.
