The hotel was ok. Space was good. Balcony was a great size. Perfect views of the ocean. New kitchen area. Sofa bed was bad though, very thin mattress on sofabed and dirty with plastic somewhat ripped off. Also there were no bedding for the sofabed. But they did bring us bedding to our room when we called and they were very nice about it. The bathroom was updated, somewhat. Sink was new looking but bath tub was very old and mat in tub looked filthy Also there was toilet paper but no rod to put it on so like it was just Toilet paper roll sitting on the sink next to toilet. Yikes. Another thing was the tv didn’t work it needed a new hdmi cord so we called down for that also and they gladly brought it up and fixed it. So for the price the room was cool. Convenient store right across the street close to everything! Yes I had a few issues but the super nice staff made up for it all in the end.

Nice renovated rooms. However, the hot water was not working so we had to be moved 2 times after the maintenance man came and said the front desk shouldn't have assigned those rooms. After check out i realized i left my airpods and called. They said they couldnt find them. The next day the hotel charge me $50.00. I called and was told they couldnt find the remote from one of the rooms. Explained the maintenance man turned the tvs off and we live in another state and have no use for a cox remote. Also asked about the airpods and still was told they found nothing and was going to still charge me 50. Poor customer service. Will never stay there again

The Marjac suites is very nice and I had a very nice oceanfront view of the beach and I would recommend this property to everybody. The room is very nice and comfortable and I would come back again.

Toilet stool did not work. Was told someone would be up to fix the toilet but no one ever came. Had to fill up the bathroom trash can of water to dump in the toilet bowl just to be able to flush. Tub had rust on its floor, so I wasn’t able to bathe my babies in the tub. Was also told someone would be up the next day to take a look at the tub but no one showed up. Had to go to service desk to get wash clothes because there were none in the room to wash with. No urgency or care when they were told.
