Overall decent experience. Reserved for 3 days 2 nights. Upon arrival service is what youd expect from a luxurious hotel. Reason for a few stars down would be the fact that the room AND washroom was cold! Even with adjusting the thermostat the temp stayed at 21. Another factor would be the washroom amenities were low or out ie. Conditioner and shampoo. Im not one to complain alot however these things i feel should be taken care of for all guests. Since

I stayed in the Deluxe King Suite and it was a perfect valentines weekend staycation for me and my partner. We do this once a year and im happy we chose the Pantages this time! the concierge was very welcoming and helpful! Great smiles from them and great hospitality. The property is very safe and they do have great procedures in place. The room was perfect and looked exactly like the photos on Expedia- very clean and beautiful washroom! The TV was a little confusing but a quick google search helped. The Wifi was fast and we were able to play some nintendo games on our switch console. We extended our checkout time to 2pm so we can relax and sleep in and it’s been the cheapest price so far compared to other hotels in downtown toronto. Would stay here again!
