Upon arrival, informed that they no longer will operate their hot tub for liability reasons. Went to breakfast in the morning and informed that they only have coffee because they lost their food handler permit.

They are not approved for breakfast at this time, the hot tub was out of order, the rooms were dirty, the place was pretty run down we didnt stay the night we left because of the rooms being dirty. The staff was very nice.

I'm not sure how they can say they really have breakfast. A couple pieces of bread for toast, a little bit of dry cereal and milk. A juice machine that has no juice in it, No napkins out if you happen to need to wipe something up. Just pretty dissapointing far as a breakfast goes.

There was cockroaches in the bathroom, the heater for the pool had been turned off so my grandkids couldn’t swim, which is why I chose this hotel. I requested towels for 4 people and they only had 1 to give us. Didn’t ask if we wanted our room cleaned the next day.
