Very dated room. Concerned over car being damaged due to alot of young people coming in off the street and going in and out of one room. Stayed there a few years ago and it certainly has lost it's appeal now, will not stay again

Customer service is excellent! All the Staff are very kind and extremely well presented and very happy, gave the impression they love their work and it shows in their manner and pride they take in the cleanliness and operation of their motel.

We rented the 3 bedroom apartment for the 2 of us as it was the only accommodation left in Toowoomba for Meat Stock 2024. The accommodation was way overpriced at almost $450 per night. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired with dirty bathtub and stained furniture, uncomfortable beds and way over due for renovations. The hairdryer handle was covered in a sticky substance that wouldn't clean off. Location was good, close to Myer and great restaurants - try “Ice and Spice” Indian! Best Indian I’ve ever eaten.

The small fridge was directly at the front door so had to be careful of anyone coming inside and tel them to wait if we were at fridge,could have been in Amore convenient area . The poor manager on the afternoon we arrived was run off her feet dealing with reception and cleaning rooms and answering phone. Our room wasn’t ready at 2 so she swapped us rooms and we ended up on other side of driveway right behind the pool ,was constantly noisy as we looked out the window right at the people and pool about 2 metres. Bathroom was really small,legs were on the wall when at the toilet ,very misplaced layout and I’m not a big person. No security chain or anything on the front door ,just auto lock door knob,the pool lights stay on all night so our room was partially lit up around the curtains and light streamed in. Some visitor parked their car diagonally across our space so we couldn’t park outside our door. People arrived and left late and at 5 am slammed doors etc talked loud so we were awake early The manager lady was lovely,rooms were clean ,beds comfy,tea coffee facilities in room.biscuits milk etc.easy to find the motel. Only thing is the manager needs help she shouldn’t be expected to do everything. Wasn’t a bad stay

It was so easy to find and there was food places in a short walking distance. The room was excellent and the bed was the best i have slept on for ages.
