We stayed for just 3 nights. Upon arrival, bed sheeting stained, TV remote did not work, Kitchen sink plug did not work, Bathroom was not resupplied with tissues and toilet paper, Coffee & sugar was insufficient. (4 coffee capsules). When issues raised, the manager addressed the issues and accepted feedback, but this experience suggests significant improvement in service quality is required.

3rd visit. Clean. Modern, self contained, everything required for short stay. Easy walk from transport, food & my daily happenings. Whilst price was higher, and difficulty with WIFI the actual accommodation quality and location means I'll stay again.

Easy peasy. Convience and comfort very close to facillities, food outlets and transport options. Staying at Quest was so simply convenient, im annoyed ive been staying in other different location's! Instant return customer for sure.
