Room access was 3.00pm which we were aiming for. Luckily we were late getting there due to other circumstances and room was not available at 6.30pm when we finally arrived and was told to go to our show and it would be ready when we returned later in night. Not satisfactory at all. Finally was given another supposedly twin bed room to find it was a double and had to get housekeeping up to split the bed. Not happy. In the bathroom shower head was not in bracket and would not go in bracket and it was very difficult to hold a heavy shiwer he as d in your hand

Overall, underwhelmed with my stay at such a famous hotel. The location is great and rooms are also ok but the service is quite ordinary with several reminders required for anything you need in your room even for things that you expect at any hotel such as housekeeping.

We ended off with Room 3502 which was so loud due to the lifts going up and down, we called and expressed how loud it was, we were looked after straight away and moved which we were grateful. Ended up on Level 42 away from the lifts and had a great night here. Valet parking was great. The only things we were not keen on was the buffet breakfast. This was a 2/10. We will be back but will not chose the breakfast included.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Hilton Sydney. The hotel was ideally situated, being in the centre of the city, close to shopping and Hyde Park - excellent place for walking about. Great facilities, with in-hotel access to the gym, pool, sauna and steam rooms, as well as the wellness centre.

The room was booked through Wotif and I was lead to believe we were getting a great deal. The room was OK, the bathroom very small and the view from the lowest floor in the apartment dismal. Towel were threadbare and the wall paper was peeling off the walls. I suggest we got the cheapest room or maybe the room that is the hardest to sell. Ah well, once bitten. I deffinitly do my research next time.
