Actually disappointed with the stay this time. The bed was super hard/ old. There was food stains on the walls near the beds. There was bugs all over the cups/ mugs. Mould all over the shower curtain & all over the walls in the bathroom.

I made two reservations, one for myself and another for a friend, and I had emails to prove it. When I was checking in (which was about 2pm) the gentlemen that served me did not have my second reservation and told me to contact Wotif (which I tried to do but had no response). The gentlemen did give my friend a room but it was not the room I had paid for. Around 7pm the motel called my friend and asked what time they were checking in.

Stayed for 6 nights staff friendly and helpful. Disappointed my room linen wasnt changed, over the 6 nights fresh towels after a couple of nights would have been appreciated. Along with coffee and milk replenished.
