"Great Mystery Hotel"
We stayed for my partners birthday and took advantage of the upgrade to Business Class, and it was lovely. Canapés and drinks in the evening along with a leisurely and delicious buffet breakfast. The room we had was fabulous (another upgrade) and the hotel was a nice walk from the city.

"Great rooms for girls get away"
Fantastic, 3 rooms 3 bathrooms, great for groups plenty of room, location fine as sydney is so spread out. If you just want to shop it's probably a bit out of the way. Only disappointment was not enough tea/coffee/milk supplied for accommodation that sleeps 6 people, but that was quickly sorted with a phone call to reception, but I would definitely stay their again. Staff was so lovely too.

"Probably the nicest hotel in the Sydney CBD"
The Grace is very clean and the rooms are excellent with quality fittings and well maintained. The staff are very friendly. helpful and efficient. The restaurant and breakfast buffet are also first class. It is not cheap, but it is very good value. I could not fault this hotel in any way and it's definitely the best.

"City Escape"
We spent two nights with our two teenage children. Quick city escape during the school holidays. Initial impressions were poor. Check in was by an unpleasant man, who's only aim was to secure my credit card to cover any payments. Far too serious and not terribly welcoming. Room wasn't ready, but as it was school holidays and the hotel appeared full, we understood. When we arrived at our room on the 15th floor, we discovered it wasn't actually a two bedroom apartment as booked but rather a one bedroom, disabled suite (complete with disabled bathroom) with an attached hotel room overlooking the carpark across the road. It was also really small. Again, knowing that the hotel was full we felt that there was no point in complaining. We found the disabled shower difficult, as the bathroom floor flooded every time we used it, so we resorted to using the kid's bathroom instead.I will say however, that the apartment itself, was really well equipped and nicely decorated. It was comfortable and very clean. Further dealings with the girls on reception were good. They were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again but would make sure that I was completely clear on what sort of room I was getting. A room on a higher level would definitely guarantee better views. I think it would be prudent for Fraser Suites to assess the kind of person they have on reception, as first impressions can dictate whether someone returns to your property or not.
