Nestled in lush rain forest on the edge of the National Park, this retreat enjoys large open spaces and tranquil vistas into the bush land from every room. With vaulted ceilings and rustic timber features, this home features rendered 'adobe' style masonry to provide the character. Timber louvres throughout invite in the cooling summer breezes and the timber bi-fold doors extend living spaces out onto the large decks.
As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 9pm- 7am.

- There is a tiny marsupial called antechinus that sometimes visits. It is a protected species and as such we are unable to remove it. We have fitted brushes to the bottoms of the doors and have done what we can to deter it, however they fit through very tiny spaces so please note they are very harmless but may be evidence of it visiting.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3:00pm and no exceptions to this timing can be made.
Note: Minimum Tariffs apply for each season based on Minimum Nights, however stays can be shorter than the minimum nights subject to the minimum tariff being paid.

It does back onto a national park with a lot of foliage dropping daily, some leaves will be blown onto paths and decks despite having been blown prior to next guest arrival. Please kindly note that this incredible home has many beautiful architectual aspects some of which are different to what you may be used to.
A pet fee of $33 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to checkin. Please note we take a bond seperate to airbnb
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- Beginning on the 9th of January, 2023, all confirmed reservations will be subject to an extra cleaning surcharge which will be equal to 30% of the cleaning price if you check out on a Sunday or 50% of the cleaning price if you check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- A non-refundable card processing fee will be deducted from the full amount once the guest deducted to cancel their booking.
- Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation
- Starting 16th February 2024, All group stays will require a external $5000 bond
