The room was nice, however the jetts weren't working which is why i vbooked the room. Management was willing to compensate and gave us a bottle of wine. The staff was very heplful and friendly.

My Son and his new Bride arrived at the Hotel after the reception and no one answered the after hours phone. They called several times and waited awhile and ended up spending the night with her parents! So disappointed and we had to pay for the unused night.

The reception staff is top notch. Friendly and helpful. The WiFi is awful. I repeatedly lost connectivity with my iPad and the hotels Roku. I brought this up twice, it was never resolved. Very clean room, but I wish my bed was made and towels were changed each day.
