Inaccurate property description
This hotel is being renovated… still! The description of the property and amenities is inaccurate! They advertise breakfast. I was told “we are not doing that right now because we are not busy enough.” “Our lounge might not be open.” One of the outer secured doors would not close hence NOT secure. I was told that the front desk was doing rounds to check the property. Doesn’t make me feel safer! The staff seemed disengaged and distracted. I have stayed here twice over the last 2 years… I won’t do it again!

Don't plan to stay there again in the future.
When I checked in they told me not to break anything. When we got to the room items were already almost broken. There was gold fish and Cheetos under the bed. The shower was not clean. The heater did nothing but blow cold air all night. The heater wasn't even turned on when we entered the room and it is Feb. with snow on the ground (outside temps was -1). Bed was comfy tho.

We used to live in the area 15 years ago. The property has not been kept up as it should. We asked for a room that hadn't had any pets in it for allergy reasons. Our room had a lot of dog hair on the couch and the carpet. The bathroom floor wasn't very clean and the shower handle was not working right. I did report concerns to front desk and they did apologize. He stated that i am not the first person that had complained about pet hair that day and they would talk to thw house keepers. I will not however stay here again.
