A great location and friendly staff. If you speak Spanish, many of the staff members are Latin American . Location is convenient, close to bus stops and metro to get around.

Cute small hotel. Has a lot of charm. We spent little time in our room, but it had all we needed. Not a lot of extra space, especially with 2 beds for 4 people. Nice eateries close by and within walking distance of all the main sites of Rome.

My room was underneath a roof too Restaurant, which made it noise with chairs moving. I complain and as I booked with Expedia the hotel wouldn’t compensate me for the noise stay. This really show me that booking direct is better. I Expedia wouldn’t even refund me the commission they would earn from the booking and expect the hotel to refund me. They gave me points towards booking with them again. Poor service by Expedia and I will look to go direct in future.

Blocks from the Colosseum
The staff were all wonderful and the location was perfect! We were only a few blocks from the colosseum and were surrounded by wonderful restaurants and bars. The beds were very clean and comfortable but you could hear everything in the rooms surrounding you, which is common for hotels like this. Even with that, we had a wonderful stay!

This place is amazing ! Clean and comfortable and only a 5 minute walk from the colosseum. Staff are very kind and helpful, booked our cabs and transfers as well as giving touring advice.

Staff members were so nice and helpful to us, room cleaned every day, dining options, coliseum and roman forum were very close, the only thing i didn’t like was they don’t have elevator, so, you have to get your luggage through the stairs. I still highly recommend this place.

My wife and I spent 2 nights toward the end of our Italy trip to see Rome. The hotel is in good location with quick access to the Colosseum and other attractions. We did not have hot water on our first morning which made for some unpleasant showers to get the day started. Lacked some basic amenities such as tissue paper and toiletries were cheap from China. There was little space to sit down in the room after a day of walking. We felt that the value was not there for €150/night.
