The hotels location is very convenient and easy to get around town. It’s pretty central to everywhere we needed to go. And lots of shopping and restaurants that are easily accessible. The only real complaint that I had was the hours of operation for the restaurant. Bar closes at 9:30 but kitchen stays open until 10? I didn’t understand why they couldn’t serve drinks right until 10. We were in town for the brier. It made absolutely no sense why the bar was closed a half an hour early. I feel like they should extend hours of operation when there is events held in the city. Or at the very least maximize liquor sales if the kitchen is going to be open for that extra half hour anyways. If you’re paying a staff member to be there. They may as well pour a drink. You make more profits on liquor than food sales in my opinion. It just seemed a little backwards to me.

The pre check-in process was not helpful as had to go to the front desk anyway to provode credit card for incidentals and check in anyway so did not seem more efficient. Everything else was fine.
