The property is luxurious and extremely accommodating. You receive a cell phone on check-in that functions as real-time concierge. Also, included breakfast that can be delivered to your room as well as included car service to the hotel. There are a number of stairs to get to the property (which is true throughout all of Positano), and so older/less mobile travelers be cautious when selecting hotels in this area generally.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. We drove a car and the moment upon arrival until checkout, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The views from the hotel are stunning and the room was very clean and nice. The restaurant had some of the best food we ate in Italy. Simply Amazing. By far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The view were breathtaking, the room bathroom and balcony were top notch. Service and staff were also amazing. Cannot say enough about our stay at Villa Magia, best experience.
