The staff at the property are extreamly friendly and very helpful. I sat at front desk/bar multiple times and had several conversations with them during my visit. They were also willing to store my bags when I arrived early before check in. As well as when I was still in the area after check out. Here would be my lists of pro's and con's about the property. Pros: * Very friendly staff * Comfortable beds * Clean Bathrooms with nice showers * Affordable * Safe Area * Walkable to several areas around Tempe and Scottsdale * Good beer selection at lobby bar area and nice little hangout spots for just lounging around. *Affordable drinks and snacks at lobby store Cons: * 1st floor rooms are loud. Might want to bring earplugs due to all the outside and inside noises. * Cleaning staff did not come to my room to change sheets, clean or supply fresh towels. I was there for a week. * My room key deactivated itself multiple times and had to be reset 4 different nights in order for me to get into my room. * Expedia advertised this location to have "Free Breakfast" which currently is just a couple of pre packaged muffins that they sit out on the counter in the morning. Outside of the very few couple of areas mentioned above, I enjoyed my stay here.

It was fine for what we needed but it definitely needs some updates which looks like we're started and then stopped. Room wasn't as clean as we would have liked but okay (we did find an open condom wrapper that had not been cleaned before). Also, I was charged more than the booking, I'm hoping it gets fixed once it actually gets posted to my account but we'll see.
