Could Not Have Been Better
Our stay could not have been better. From the valet parking service to check in to our actual room, all things were wonderful. My family and I were greeted warmly when we pulled up to park and when we got to the front desk. Mateo at the front desk gave us all the information we needed about the hotel. Then concierge Ivan for great activities and restaurants in the area. Mera and Crystal at the from desk were always accommodating regarding our pull out sofa, breakfast, etc. The bar is comfortable and charming. Would stay here again and again.

Nice hotel inside the city.
This is a nice Hotel in a good area. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. We visited the Masonic Temple and Love Park as well as a huge, outdoor fine arts show at Rittenhouse Swuare. The staff were friendly and efficient and the property is clean and well kept. It would be well advised to book parking in advance if you don’t plan to use the hotel valet parking. We would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel was conveniently located in City Center next to shopping and restaurants. Liked the one meal we had for lunch there. All the staff were very nice and friendly. I gave them 4 stars because on checkout, we discovered that we owed a daily ‘resort’ fee in addition to what we had paid for the nightly room rate. Really…this felt like a complete money grab. Please put the cost of staying in your hotel in one room rate. It feels over the top to charge a resort fee for this hotel.
