Rooms weren’t ready even after 4. People were laying on the floor in the lobby waiting. No rooms, no where to go — restaurant and bar were closed. Hotel had a weird smell. Outdated interior. Only plus is how close it is to Disney Springs.

It was relaxing and fun for my daughter and I before her competition. Staff were very helpful and kind. The only that I can suggest is the shampoo and conditioner and no body wash was not that great. I assumed it would be premium like other hotels we stay usually. I wasn’t prepared with bring my own. But, next time I know so I will be prepared. But, no complaints! Loved the hotel!

Its a good location and the better view rooms are nice to have, but the rooms were cramped, espe3the bathroom, the mini fridge rattled aot throughout the night as well as a really strong click from the older thermostats that really made sleeping a hassle. The location is good and you can walk right to Disney Springs from there but the rooms and facilities themselves weren't the greatest

Beware of the rewards desk
TLDR: Do not trust the rewards team- they ran an unauthorized credit check in return for a free appetizer to the Rainforest Cafe. My husband and I have both stayed at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista on several occasions before. It is a no frills hotel, but it is affordable and couldn’t be a more convenient location in terms of getting to and from Disney Springs. After checking in we were ushered over to the rewards table to pickup our “free coupons.” The woman asked for my ID and I foolishly assumed she was looking up my hotel reservation but instead I later learned she was running an unauthorized credit check on me for their time share program. I should have known when she was taking a long time keying in my name and address, but she chalked if up to “my eyesight is bad” and “sometimes the system separates words.” We thought absolutely nothing of it. They gave us their pitch to go to their vacation club session but we politely declined. About an hour later I was was notified via text, email, and push notification that someone was attempting to pull my credit report. After panic set in, I learned that it was Wyndham Vacation trying to access this information. Fortunately for me, I have this frozen, but nonetheless this left a terrible taste in my mouth about this group. I felt they were dishonest and deceitful. No one should have to worry about someone running unauthorized credits checks or deal with the headache of tracking this down while on vacation. Beware.

Disney Valentines escape
Quick Valentines day get away and decided to stay here due to its location to Disney springs which is literally across the street. This is a wonderful hotel that i have used on many occasions. It has the Disney resort feel and location without the Disney resort price tag.
