My ceiling has 3/4 patches, outside room next to us was rust and broken, storage door where towels were kept, out of hinches. Outdoor not maintained properly, and in top of that we had to pay for breakfast. Not staying there anymore.

Need tender loving care.
The hotel's appearance from the outside was perfect, but when you enter the rooms, they are outdated. This hotel needs urgently tender loving care. The ice maker was out of order and I ordered ice and they brought me a bag with ice which I considered was the cause of my illness because it was in a regular bag and I think it was not clean. I had to change my days in the hotel because I got sick of my stomach.

The first room I was given, the lock and door handle was hanging off the door, didnt feel safe staying here. It was after 10pm when I was checking in. Second room the floor was disgusting, tv and remote didnt work together.

Check in was quick and easy, but the room smelled of smoke and pets and my animal could certainly tell. It was raining and late so I did not request another room. My fault and I was also meeting a friend who I thought was staying in the same building. The location is great. I think if someone get a hold of this property and redeveloped it would be a home run. I know it’s convenient, but I don’t like having a Wawa in the neighborhood. I did enjoy the restaurants and the attractions that were close by.
