Zero Star Review
Upon check in we were notified it would be an extra $23 for an 'early' check in - we said no. Using the lobby rest rooms no toilet paper or towels for drying hands. When we finally got into the room, it was a Zero star. Apparently if you want to watch tv it must be extra for the cable. Black mold on the wall under the sink area. Toilet was not secure. Bedding was old and tired and we got 1 small pillow for each bed. This is a terrible property.

When we arrived there was no room ready. They brought us to THREE different rooms that were occupied. When we finally found a vacant room it was filthy, the door looked like it had been previously broken into and the shower was full of roaches!!! We immediately canceled and walked out after wasting hours of our time.

It was only 1 person checking guest in when the lobby was full, the keys didn't work for guest to get into their rooms(groundmens had to let us in)... At 1a.m someone knocked on my room door saying they were housekeeping.

When we arrived at the property the entire bottom floor appeared to be abandoned and it was obvious that rodents lived in those abandoned rooms. There was issue after issue with this facility. Door keys not working, cleanliness, the smell of weed, etc
