Proximity to the parks was the only plus. Check-in was a nightmare as we were given a room that was already occupied (scared us and the people inside when we opened the door). The hidden $150.00 resort fee we were charged upon arrival was a disappointment. The advertised shuttle service to the parks is misleading as it only goes to a few of the parks and only 1 time per day at an odd time. During a 5 night stay housekeeping only came once. We had to call and ask for towels every morning.

Its a budget hotel for families
Overall not bad if your out allday at the parks and whatnot , the rooms were decent sized, cleanliness was ok , lots of stuff to do for the kids from a bounce house to multiple toys outside and they even had a playground and swing set, unfortunately they only clean the rooms every 3 days , i checked in friday and on sunday morning i asked to have my trash emptied and new sheets put on a bed, got back at 9pm from a day at the park to new sheets laying folded on top of a bare mattress, kids were asleep so i just made the bed myself and went about my night, also trash cans were full so i took it out myself and left it on the balcony
