We arrived to this motel earlier than 3p check-in time, and the room was already cleaned, however staff still wouldn’t allow us to check in, unless we pay an extra 70$ or wait till 3 pm. Why?? Seeing that we had a child with us he offered a discount and free food this was super nice. place is clean. After we finally returned back to this motel after 3 pm, we were told about additional ~7 dollars extra fee which would be taken out from deposit. This is after pre-booking and paying full cost of the room in advance thru Expedia. Don’t understand why not to allow a customers to check in to room if it was already cleaned ?!. This was 1st time we tried best western motel and it should not be called “best”. We plan to avoid all Best Western motels going forward unless we have no other choice. Only positives are the friendly staff and cleanness of room.

It was an ok hotel. It is very outdated but the beds were comfortable and the hot tub was nice . The elevators are very outdated and so we just used the stairs. I can tell you that Julian the front desk manager was amazing. Always there to help and answer questions.

Had a 3 night stay. King Bed with pull out sofa. Bed was comfortable (which is difficult to find when you have a bad back), room was nice, good AC. Good breakfast choices. Nice pool and excellent hot tub!! Overall enjoyed our stay. Service was professional and friendly. Julian was always very polite, helpful, and kept everything tidy and clean. Only issues were not knowing a $75 deposit was required AND after doing that learned $7 a night was a "resort fee" that would be taken out of deposit, so only received $50 back. I dont mind paying but would like to know AHEAD of time for better planning.
