This hotel is DISGUSTING!!! Once inside it feels under construction. It surrounded by many people openly smoking fentanyl. Room bed unmade, only had a messy blanket, bathtub filled with what looked like dirt but could have been anything. I had to do a zoom meeting for 20 min but checked immediately out after that anc still could not get refund for first night even though I left and went to another hotel. You really should remove this facility from your site it reflects poorly on all. Unsafe. Unclean

I got bed bugs and ring worm!!!! I was followed across the the parking lot from Denny's and the man tried to gain access when I entered. The whole place was drug infested. Windows broke. Screens laying on the ground. The only positive was a free upgrade to the top floor...

You Get What You Pay For
I had an extended stay here. The room was okay, the beds were fairly comfortable. I brought my own bedding so did not use theirs. I honestly have no complaints about service. I cleaned the room myself and barely interacted with the staff at the front desk. I finally checked out due to noise. The doors to the rooms slam shut unless you hold on to it and close it slowly. There were a lot of people staying there with dogs that barked regularly. I finally got tired or getting woke up multiple times every night due to noise. The day I checked out, there was literally a pile of 💩 by the stairs. Not sure if it was human or dog but it’s disgusting. While that certainly wasn’t the fault of staff it is disturbing that someone would do that. I checked into a different place that is costing me $30 more per night but it has been worth it.

Do not stay here!
This is the most terrible room I have stayed in. If I just wasn't so tired I would have moved somewhere else. I wouldn't take my family here for any reason. The lamps didn't work, one had no shade and the other had a stick on light. There was a3" home in the carpet. The wall has dirty stains on it. The TV has a black out spot on it and some of the channels had no sound. The heater unit was missing one knob. The bathroom has a half used till of TP sitting on the tank and a big hole in e side and the faucet was loose and crooked in the stained sink. The wall between the toilet and shower was rotted with part of it missing. There was some substance all over the wall in the shower that was pink or red running down the wall. Uncomfortable to say the least

The key card always had an error with opening the room door when I was W away for some hours. The staff were always helpful with re doing it though. Homeless looking people were lodged there.
