Friendly and attentive staff - nothing too much bother. A very varied restaurant menu - the three fish stews were very good indeed, expecially the Lebanese. I'll be back again for that alone! All in all a very pleasant stay.

On arrival the girl at the reception was friendly and welcoming no problem checking in the room was clean and warm this is our 2nd time here and we have already booked up for Hogmanay this year all the staff are pleasant and friendly would recommend it to anyone else

Newcastle Visit
This was our 1st time at this hotel and I have to say that it was an excellent stay from start to finish. The staff were excellent and I would like to say that the Two ladies at reception and the restaurant were truly exceptional. The rooms were also very nice and clean and the facilities were of a high standard. Breakfast this morning was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will certainly return when back visiting this area. Many thanks.
