Fabulous hotel . Massive beds. Fantastic view . Everywhere lovely and clean and good breakfast. The girls on reception on Friday morning were brilliant so helpful! They made it very clear where you need to park and how the discount works , unlike the day before when I’d asked how the car parking worked I was told they would go through it with me when I departed, and we were parked in the wrong car park ! The car park you need to be in which isn’t made clear is the NCP capital which is on the same side as the hotel any other NCP car park and there are a few close by you do not get the discount so beware! That’s a mistake we made . We will definitely stay at the hotel again , it’s one of my favourites
