Perfect spot for Times Square and theater district
Great spot near Times Square and the Theater District. I definitely made reception laugh when I thought there was no bathroom in the room. There is and it’s quite large. Sliding door that was kind of heavy had me confused. Overall great stay.

An Excellent Overall Experience
We were very happy with the 45 Times Hotel. Great location a half block from Times Square. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We thought the price was very fair for NYC. The room was clean, a little dated, but very nice with enough space and a comfortable bed. We overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Good basic room to sleep
I had the basic room which was good for me since I was only at the hotel to sleep. That room was perfect for me because I wasn’t spending time in the room. I liked the climate control, you can quickly change the temp.

The hotel was fantastic and the staff were incredibly courteous. My only issue lies with the toilet paper holder being broken, the pool was closed indefinitely which i would've liked to have known that before booking since our stay was based on that and finally to no fault of their own there was a homeless man jerking off just across the street.
