Hi Paul,I am disappointed that your stay did not meet your expectations.Guests wishing to have a view from their room would need to book a bayview room.The photos displayed for the Standard Triple Room that you booked show the exact courtyard balcony of the room you we allocated. The only thing I could fault was that in my room, there was no kitchen sink to rinse and wash cups and plates. Having to do these tasks in the bathroom basin didn't seem right.

Great location. The rooms are clean and great for singles, couples or families. The only negative would be the 'contactless' check in. Understandable during the peak of COVID but lets move on and see some more F2F hospitality. Check in could be confusing for the elderly. Check out was a much simpler process. That aside, I would definitely stay here again.
