LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PLACE!! GREAT VIEW FROM ROOM, ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC FOOD, AND STAFF ARE ALL SMILES !! CONVENIENT PARKING AND GREAT PLACE TO STAY WHEN WE WATCHED THE KAREN CARPENTER TRIBUTE SHOW. WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO WATCH ANOTHER SHOW AND STAY OVER.

The room was very neglected, not dirty, old & inadequate. Definitely not 3 star rating. Very much in need of refurbishment.

Very underwhelming and basic - no doona on the beds, called reception and was informed there were blankets in the wardrobe - the room was freezing, the thermostat did not work -no evacuation sign anywhere in room
