The team working there were phenomenal. Extremely helpful and pleasant to interact with. We opted to stay here considering how close it is to the airport. Note; for this same convenience, it’s also annoying being so close since you hear the planes none stop. However, that wasn’t an issues for me.

Got our room 45 minutes late. My curling iron was stolen from my carry on in my hotel room. I’ve been to many places and have never had anything stolen from my room. They never had towels available by the beach. Resort was nice overall but I’m really upset about my $100 curling iron being stolen.

Loved RIU Reggae. This is a beautiful property (and you have access to the RIU Montego Bay facilities, which are a short walk on the beach away) with a nice stretch of beach and a couple of great pools and swim up bars! The property felt very safe at all times. Our room was clean, well-stocked and well-kept. The drinks were great, and not watered down that you see at some resorts, and the food was quite good too (though it would be nice to see some more vegan options - my partner found by the end of the week she was eating a lot of the same stuff, since some of the food was not properly labeled and she couldn't always be sure what she was eating was vegan). Entertainment - VERY GOOD! The staff going around hyping people up all the time really keep the party going! I would definitely stay again at a RIU resort, and this is a great one!
