La habitación tenia un mal olor fuerte y tiene muebles viejos. El baño es horrible. El hotel està en renovación y tiene areàs cerradas. Lo ùnico bueno fue la transportación al aeropuerto.

remodeling underway, looks good, staff rude plus, they lack communication skills, gross breakfast in a bag (must have a ticket like going to the school cafe, but worse), just one pack of coffee in the room, no waters free or for sale, no snakes for sale, no stores close by, I'm not even going to ask for a ride to the airport, Urber it. If your hotel is close to the airport, than it needs to be accommodating for us travelers.

This property was under construction and they didnt mention it. I asked in a message in advance notice if I could get transportation to the carnival port and was told yes ask at the front desk. When I got there I called the number and was told that there is no transportation and I should call a uber. That was such an inconvenience and had to pay a lot of money. The attitude was just not friendly.
