Worth the STAY
This hotel was fantastic. I was in town for The Hollywood Show and visiting friends. The hotel offered a great, relaxing environment when I needed to decompress at the end of the day. The staff was great. The facility was clean. I had zero complaints. I cannot wait to come back!

We arrived on time but were told our room (with 1 king bed) wasn't ready, so we opted for two "queen sized" beds. Turns out these were much smaller full-sized beds which we couldn't sleep together in. After complaining, they only discounted our parking fees. We were promised a call from the manager but never received it.

The rooms are fairly large. Carpeted. The bed was very comfortable. Upon arrival, there was no one outside to direct cars or to direct them to parking. It was unnecessarily chaotic at check-in as a result. The actual check-in and check-out were easy. Staff were friendly. Otherwise, the property meets basic expectations.

Toilet flush did not work!
Unfortunately, the toilet in our room did not work, and despite multiple requests to the front desk, they were not able to resolve the issue, nor did they offer to move us to another room. We had to use the lobby bathroom downstairs which was dirty after a whole day's use, so terrible experience here overall.

Happy customer
The hotel is very clean. The staff are amazing. We dinned in the restaurant 2 nights and the staff and food was wonderful. The only complaint is the need to get new bed for rooms.
