free shuttle bus at airport for Holiday Inn LAX was waiting outside our terminal and took us to the hotel. It was only 1:40 so our room was not ready and we walked over to Thai restaurant to eat lunch. Our room was ready when we got back. We walked to McDonalds which is in front of the hotel for breakfast (breakfast was not free). Our room was nice and wifi works.

I don't even know where to start. It's dirty. It smells, the shuttle driver can't drive. It's in desperate need of a deep clean and repairs. Had I known better I would have NEVER stayed here.
