The check in was smooth. The room was very spacious. There is remodeling being done but its still very clean. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Very large hot tub and pool area. The beds were INCREDIBLE. so comfortable and soft! Great night sleep!!!

Clean was good. The hot/cold water in sink, rm 217, was reversed and not fixed so I was moved to a new, nicer room after a couple days. Waiting to hear if a refund for 2 nights is approved as I was told well before my trip no but the manager was going to to see if it was possible. I would stay there again.
