an old mansion.

beautiful pool. 5 minutes by taxi from town centre. the rooms are lovely. air conditioning and fans. we had room 9, on the ground level, huge - a suite, with an outdoor bathroom, very atmospheric. food fantastic and cheap. breakfast really good.

Pros: In Kuching City but quiet and you feel like you are away from it all and of course the great service.
Cons: If you are on the bottom floor where we were you could hear people upstairs moving and talking.
