The resort is absolutely stunning, there are animals all around the resort which was great to see. The resort had plenty of food options however, it was difficult to get dinner reservations for each restaurant and if you didn’t do it at least one day in advance you most likely wouldn’t get a reservation at the restaurant you wanted. I didn’t really like how fast they would “fill up” at each restaurant because we don’t like to plan way in advance what we want to eat and when we kind if just like to go eat when we are hungry and that is not something you can really do. When we would arrive at the restaurants there was plenty of seating still so I’m not sure why they would state they were full. The best place to eat was the french restaurant hands down. Apparently the chef gets switched around but hopefully they keep whoever was working as the Chef this time around because it’s the only restaurant who’s food really stood out. The other restaurant’s food was alright. The Japanese was horrible. I ordered the Gyoza and it was overcooked, the miso soup was too salty, and the salmon sashimi was not fresh. The Argentinian restaurant had very good appetizers but the eye of the ribeye was a way too rare and cold as well as overly peppered and salted. I couldn’t take more than a couple of bites. Helios had very good food and was much more available. All of the other restaurants were good but not great.
The drinks were great, the cleanliness was great, the staff was great otherwise.
