Parking is valet only and was $50/day during our stay. Every person of the staff we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. I messaged the concierge at nearly 11pm asking for additional pillows and they sent someone up to the room with pillows right away. The room was clean and included great quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion.

The Park Shore hotel was located in a prime location. Right next to Diamond Head , Honolulu Zoo and right across from Waikiki beach. The view from our room was stunning. The staff was fried and very helpful. Our stay was wonderful.

Overall very happy with my choice of this property for my first visit to O’ahu. The rooms and common areas were kept clean and there were a couple food options right on property. It is right across the street from the beach so a super easy trip. The only reason I did not give 5 stars for property condition was the vents in my room had a lot of dust. Not having allergies it did not affect me but might impact others that are more sensitive. Now the best part by far was the staff. They were all friendly and very helpful. In particular Gwen and Shar were great helping me. Thank you.
