This location was great for walking to local restaurants and across the street from Van Andel Arena for concert goers. Room was very nice and had a great continental breakfast. The parking garage for an extra $30 a night is worth it. It also has a sky walk from garage to hotel.

I think that the parking should have been FREE due to you being a customer to the hotel. I was not aware that there was a parking fee when I booked this hotel.

Very good stay!
Been to GR many times but first time in the Residence Inn. All in all it was a great experience - great spacious room, very clean, good breakfast, convenient parking right in front and fast check in and check out. Only negative was really the noise late night. We were at 6th floor but still hard to slow with the noise coming from the dancing saloon right across the street. Not much the hotel can do about it but good to know before you go (it was a Saturday night).
