First to check in to this place you must drive pass the place and check-in at another building (was not informed of that). There was construction going on too and no one told us that. We never got any room service for fresh towels ( we can clean ourself). Loction is close to downtown and an easy walk. We will most likely stay elsewhere on our next trip.

Great location within walking distance of all major Gatlinburg attractions and restaurants. Very comfortable bed, large room with all the amenities and awesome staff members that assured late check out and parking after check out.

Weather was a bit chilly however nothing a jacket couldn’t fix. The room was better than expected with a balcony and fire place. Private room with jacuzzi. Great price and we will be back!
