You get what you pay for
Definitely a friendly staff. However neighborhood is very shady. They also don't tell you about an undisclosed parking fee which is insane considering where you have to park and a deposit of a large amount which hotels.com will not let me mention specifically, but it's a lot. Which was refunded within a few days. Floors were sticky, Plumbing barely worked. But for the price and the closeness to the airport it was fine. Did not really feel comfortable leaving my car in the parking lot but had no choice. Okay in a pinch

Of course, everyone wants to stay near the ocean but not everyone can adore it. This was a nice place and within easy walking distance to nice restaurants and grocery, Starbucks. Staff was very kind and helpful. Safe in room is nice to have, though ours did not work. Swimming pool area with grills and just a great feel. Locals around the area were very friendly.

Great communication.
Diana was very helpful at getting our room ready for early check-in. The beds were comfortable. The building is older, but good condition for the price point. The bathroom could definitely use a bit more attention.

We only stayed one night with early check in, but the check process was very simple and the front desk was super helpful! We were able to walk to a dinner option in the area and always felt safe. Our drive to the airport was a breeze! We would definitely stay again.
