When we got there the staff person was excellent in handling our crisis as we were told our reservation was lost due to our flight being delayed out of Newark. My wife called and it was stated from the desk that it would be held until we get there, this was not true and troubling at 4a in the morning. Thankful for the diligence of the worker who went beyond the call of duty to accommodate us at this early hour in the morning. We are. Ow looking for our refund as the price we paid was more then what we were charged on the the beginning Again the personal worked with us to accommodate us and we are thankful
