The best thing, was the saltwater pool, hot tub, and steam room! It was clean, and perfect temperature, I want rd to stay another day! If you’ve never swam in a saltwater pool, you should. Your hair feels sooo good after, esp in the dry winter! The bed was luxurious. The TV was big and good selection of channels. The carpets and some seating are due for replacement. The lady who checked us in never mentioned breakfast coupons, or checked to see if we were entitled to room upgrade or free drinks, I guess I’m partly to blame for that one. Anyways, not very friendly. Also not even a corkscrew at the desk?? Really. Had to go back down to the lounge to get the bartender to open our bottle of wine for the room. Paid breakfast was ok, nothing special though, and rather expensive without “the coupon”

We were told when we booked and called to confirm that the rooms would be joining. When we got to property we asked the lady at front desk she said that yes they were joining rooms. Only to get to room and they were not. They were next door to eachother but not joining. When went to front desk about this. Lady said that is what joining means. We would not have booked here if the rooms were not joint a lady we were travelling with kids.
