The room had an amazing view of the mountains. Unfortunately it was very crowded between the end of the bed and entertainment stand & between the 2 beds was also very crowded. Our daughter in a wheelchair could only go 1 direction & not be able to turn around any where in the room other the entrance. We couldn’t get the accessible room as it was booked for the date we were departing. Which made no sense. We called in to see about booking it as well and told sorry not available as it’s booked for next day … very unfortunate as there’s not many hotels in the Banff national park that are accessible and we know the Malcolm is as we have used it in the past.
