THe check-in process was much to long. When the room was booked it said sleeps 3. The picture when booking of the room showed a couch which i presumed was the third bed. Upon arrival, no couch no way to sleep 3. A cot was sent up for a $10 charge. My wife bought some snacks for our grand son, paid cash and they tried to charge it to our room took 20 minurtes to verify, really?

We had at least a 45 minute wait checking in. We regularly stay at the Sandman and yes, it is usually busy at checkin but the line goes fast, there is no signing papers, etc. You should try to get more digital for your staff. The staff themselves were good and apologetic. Also we had no hot water in the morning. I had 3 rooms. The lady upon checkout was apologetic, but then charged us for 2 parking stalls, had she waived those charges for the hot water issue, I would likely have no problem staying there again.
